I’m properly losing it!


I’ve had my bike just over a month now… And the stats are in!

Distance ridden : 288.6 miles
Average Speed : 12.6mph
Weight lost : 1st 3lbs (not just down to bike, much healthier diet too!)
Smiles increased by : Loads!
Energy Levels : Growing Daily
Average Heart Rate per ride : 132bpm (no idea if that’s good or bad!)
Longest Single Ride: 35.2 miles

So for those sceptics and critics out there that claim ebiking is not exercise / cheating, I beg to differ. I see it as a great way to reach places, the less fit amongst us simply wouldn’t attempt to get to on a normal bike. It helps when you need it most but its still a great cardiovascular workout.
